People constantly tell me they want to eat healthier, but have no idea how to do it! So I thought this 4-week cooking class would help! I will teach people different cooking styles such as sautéing, blanching, steaming, boiling, roasting and frying to make meals that would be healthy, yet easy to make!
I will also teach you healthy eating habits and how important they are to your health and discuss overall health issues.
You can sign up for 1 or more classes, but if you sign up for the entire series you save $30! Space is limited, so register quickly! Contact Jill at 208-320-2786 or jill@jillskeem.com.
