My Vegan Comfort Food Cookbook Book Signing at Rudy’s

Thank you to everyone who ventured out in the bitter cold yesterday to attend my book signing and tasting! It was a great turnout. I decided to make the “Where’s the beef? Chili (pg. 48), the Tempeh “Reuben” Sandwich (pg. 58) and the Caramel Corn (pg. 136) for tasting samples. Everyone loved them! I was especially surprised at the positive comments about the “Reuben” because many of the people that tried it had never tasted tempeh before… so I thought if there was an objection to any of the samples, that would have been it. But instead, everyone loved it!!  I decided to make that recipe because it was featured in the Times-News article that came out in the Food Section this past Wednesday (1/9/13).

If you couldn’t make it Saturday but want to buy a cookbook, Rudy’s is carrying the books. If you live outside of the area, please go to order it HERE on this website. Thank you again for the support and positive comments I received about my cookbook!!
