I bought your cookbook today since I've decided to go meatless once a week. The "Where's the Beef Chili" was a huge hit. My 3 1/2 year old daughter ate a huge bowl and my husband (the hunter:aka meat lover) absolutely loved it. I've started a grocery list because I'm eager to try more of your delicious creations.

Just wanted you to know we have been enjoying your delicious recipes...so far the shepherd's pie, rutabaga hash browns, reuben sandwich and mock chicken soup. We are looking forward to tasting the others!

Made this Greek Couscous Salad for a deck party in the summer and it was yummy. Added grilled shrimp and it made a wonderful meal. I’ve started using this Lemon Oregano dressing as my go to salad dressing for other salads like Greek romaine salad and it is a winner.

I had the chili last night and it was GREAT! I loved the touch of cinnamon in a savory way. I can't wait to try some more recipes.

I made the chili and it was DELICIOUS! I served it over a little bit of ditalini. The biggest surprise to me was that I didn't miss the meat one bit. Just enough kick to it, filling but not the ("sick, stuffed") feeling I usually end up with when I'm done eating. I look forward to making many more dishes and can't wait to make dishes for the kids when they're here to visit.

The book is beautiful. I love the way all the recipes look effortless and delicious... and that you included all the macro- cooking styles and ingredients (without referencing them directly). I'm very excited to share this with people.

I finally got the chance to make something from your new cookbook. I made your corn chowder last night and Dave said it was the best corn chowder he has ever had.

While I love everything I’ve made so far from this cookbook, my favorite is the Middle Eastern Hummus. I’ve been looking for a smooth and creamy hummus recipe that isn’t filled with garlic like the store bought ones. This fits the bill. It is my go to party recipe. I’ve also tried it with roasted red peppers, as the author suggests, and that was also scrumptious!
