I made the chili and it was DELICIOUS! I served it over a little bit of ditalini. The biggest surprise to me was that I didn’t miss the meat one bit. Just enough kick to it, filling but not the (“sick, stuffed”) feeling I usually end up with when I’m done eating. I look forward to making many more dishes and can’t wait to make dishes for the kids when they’re here to visit.
